Return Policy

Last Updated: July 2, 2025

This Return Policy outlines the standards and procedures followed by Drip7 Store LLC regarding the return of merchandise purchased through our official website. The goal of this policy is to provide our customers with a fair, transparent, and reliable process while ensuring that product integrity and quality are maintained across our inventory.

Our commitment is to deliver products that meet the expectations of our customers. However, in the event that a return becomes necessary, the process below is designed to ensure clarity for the customer and consistency for our operations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To protect the quality of our merchandise and safeguard the customer experience, only items that meet the following requirements are eligible for return:

Timeframe: The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Condition of Items: All returned products must remain in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted.
Original Packaging: Returns must include the original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories provided at the time of delivery.
Exclusions: Certain products are classified as non-returnable, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Personalized or custom-made merchandise

Any item failing to meet the conditions listed above may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

2. Process for Submitting a Return

Customers who wish to return merchandise must follow the official process outlined below:

Request Authorization – Contact our support team at contact@drip7store.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions – Our customer service department will review your request and respond with the return shipping address and any necessary instructions. Unauthorized returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
Prepare Your Return Package – Securely pack the item(s) in their original condition, including all accessories and documentation, and ship using a trackable courier service.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs – Unless the item was defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Drip7 Store is not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit, which is why a tracking number is required.
Inspection and Notification – Once the return is received, our team will perform a quality inspection. Customers will then be notified of the return decision and next steps within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Items Arriving Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

If the merchandise is delivered in damaged condition, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the order placed, Drip7 Store will take full responsibility for the return process. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

In these cases:

Drip7 Store will cover all return shipping costs.
A replacement product or a full refund will be issued promptly once the defective or incorrect item is confirmed.
We may request photo documentation to expedite the resolution.

4. Important Return Guidelines

Tracking Requirement: We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information. Returns sent without tracking may result in processing delays or non-acceptance if the package is lost.
Condition Verification: Returns will only be approved after inspection confirms compliance with our eligibility requirements. Items that fail inspection may either be returned to the customer at their expense or subject to a partial refund.
Processing Timeline: While we process returns as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 business days after receiving your package for inspection and confirmation.
Refund vs. Exchange: Submitting a return does not automatically guarantee a refund. Approved returns may result in a refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on the circumstances and customer preference (if eligible).

5. Customer Support and Communication

Drip7 Store’s customer service team is dedicated to making the return process transparent and efficient. If you require assistance at any stage of your return, please contact us directly at contact@drip7store.com

We encourage customers to retain all order details and return correspondence for reference until the process is completed.

Closing Statement

Drip7 Store operates with the philosophy that trust is built through consistency, transparency, and accountability. This Return Policy reflects that standard and ensures both our customers and our company are protected by a fair process.

By purchasing from our website, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
