  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and intact.

  • Please note that final sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will cover all return costs and ensure a replacement or full refund is provided promptly.
