3. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

4. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will investigate and cooperate fully with our payment providers

Eligible cases are fully protected.


Buyer Protection Timeframe

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered completed unless evidence proves otherwise


Proof & Verification

To maintain fairness and security for both buyers and sellers, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Tracking information
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Communication history (if applicable)

 

Secure Payments

Exclusions

Buyer Protection does not cover:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing choices
  • Normal wear and tear
